Title
A Look at the Sources of Encouragement and Discouragement for the Minister of Christian Education
Abstract

The factors contributing to the success or failure of ministers of education to be happy and motivated in their ministry are analyzed. Survey research revealed that the predominant factors were related to interpersonal relationships among church staff. A significant gap was revealed between what is and what should be. Solutions to this credibility gap relate to the application of biblical principles to staff relationships and innovative training for ministers at the seminary level.
