The purpose of this bibliography is to assist those interested in reflecting on God's Word and the experiences of leading for the purpose of dynamic maturity in the Christian community.
This article reviews selected social science literature related to leadership. General themes that have dominated the theory and research are presented. Specific theorists and models re also discussed and have been selected because they offer opportunity for integration of social science and concerns of Christian leading and ministry. This article will help the Christian scholar attempt to bring the social science data under the authority he/she has placed in Scripture and the Holy Spirit.
