A Cross-Paradigmatic Approach to Evaluation and Research in the Church

In this response to Bill Mowry's article "A Reflective Approach to Research: Applying the Research Paradigm of Post-Positivism to the Evangelical Church," the writer suggests that Christian educational research should use a cross-paradigmatic approach. The knowledge gained by using such an approach is richer and fuller than if just one paradigmatic approach is used. Four research paradigms are suggested.
